A friend shared a touching story with me and it started like this...
'I love my daughter. Yesterday I forgot to pick her up from soccer practice. When I realized it, I was almost in tears and flew over there 15 min late...
Does this story sound familiar?
You are panicked in a moment.
Your heart is racing.
You're not sure what to do because...
You feel like you did it all wrong.
You let someone down.
Your mind is saying all sorts of things...'Why did I do that? Why, why, why." (Mine says, 'ugh, stupid, don't you know better? You shouldn't have done that. Now you ruined everything.')

Sometimes, it's just a moment that fills you with so much heartache.
Other times, it's a long period of feeling regret...so much so, it feels like a mountain of weight you'll never be able to get out from under. You wouldn't even know where to go since you literally can't move.
I'm sorry.
It sucks.
It happened...
BUT here's the good news...
You get a new breath in
Every.
Single.
Moment.
The Divine gift to reset your life at any and EVERY moment.
This seemingly small thing, a breath, that gives us LIFE. And we get a new one in every moment?! Is that not the biggest sign you can start over? It's a miracle we receive constantly.
So, can you give yourself the permission to reset? Right now?
No matter what has happened until this very moment, can you allow yourself the chance to say I'm starting new?
If it's tough for you, I give you the permission. And the Divine gives you permission, always.
Are you ready?
Take in a deep breath and make the intention to
Reset In This Moment.
As you breathe out, imagine what you're letting go of. Feel a sigh of relief to let go of the burden of what has already happened. It's happened, it's done, it's gone. Time to start fresh. Those old breaths wouldn't give you life today.
For good measure, take another deep breath in - and feel the new life you are breathing into your body, into every cell of your being.
And know that you can start again. In every breath. In every moment.
So what's the rest of my friend's story? Let's start again...
''I love my daughter. Yesterday I forgot to pick her up from soccer practice. When I realized it, I was almost in tears and flew over there 15 min late...
Luckily her coach was waiting with her. When I got home she said 'Mommy you seem stressed. Don't be stressed it'll be okay.'
Her daughter gave her that gift of a new moment. Give yourself that gift too. :)
Hugs,
Shazia
