When you let it out physically, isn't it a relief? Especially when it gets all backkkkkked up? Sometimes it can even be painful to release but afterwards, it's a HUGE RELIEF! Honestly, are there times when you smile after letting out a big poo? (ok, maybe that's just me and #goals).
But in all seriousness, think about the poo you're carrying out energetically. That you've been holding onto for not just days...but weeks...years...decades! Constipated and pain can't even describe what happens when we hold onto poo for so long.
Guilt.
Shame.
Regrets.
Unspoken words.
Resentment.
Not speaking up.
Stuffed feelings.
Pain.
Power given away.
Promises broken.
Mean words (many from your own self).
Expectations unmet.
All poo swirling, growing and yet no where to go. Or not ready to be released yet.
Holding onto stories and patterns because we're actually used to them. Holding onto the pain because we know no other way. And we make it our new normal and comfort zone.
YUCK.
A chronic cycle literally causing a backup in your life so bad that you may be in so much pain and agitation and have no idea why.
IT STINKS.
So, I ask you...

Recently I struggled with ish around feeling like I let you down because I hadn't posted in foreva. SO embarrassing and I felt shameful and imperfect and that after 3 years, I dropped the ball.
Truth is, I've been busy with my podcast - Feminine & Fulfilled - and LOVE IT. Many of you told me you didn't even know I had a podcast so I'm letting all the poo go to say the following...
I am still here for you. And even better than before!
I've taken our conversation to the next level so we can go deeper. Taking my love of chatting with girlfriends and inspiring women to step into their power, I created a podcast (free audio show) called Feminine & Fulfilled. Bringing powerful women on for raw, unscripted conversations. And sharing monologues that are exposed, vulnerable, practical and hilarious.
The podcast has been growing so fast with thousands of downloads and listeners across 6 continents! (apparently the penguins in Antarctica aren't interested in podcasts, lol!)
I want you to be part of this incredible mission which has included big name women and will one day include Oprah and Michelle too (anyone have a connection?!). It's not so much about the women who come on, though.
It's about YOU. My deep desires for these episodes to inspire you to step powerfully into your vision.
